- Eligibility: guests must meet age, weight, and health requirements as outlined on our FAQ page. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
- Guest responsibilities: provide accurate and truthful information during booking, follow all safety instructions, and respect other guests and staff.
- Prohibited activities: unauthorized use of our branding, content, or intellectual property, violating local/state/federal laws, or reselling bookings without approval.

Group bookings of 10+: cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice.

All operations, policies, and transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, where EZ Kayak Tours and Rentals is headquartered, in alignment with NPS and DOI regulations for activities on public lands and waterways.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, guests are encouraged to contact us directly, we aim to resolve issues amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, both parties agree to mediation, and if needed, binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA). All claims must be filed within one year of the incident date.
