Privacy Policy

The Privacy Act of 1974 protects personal data collected by federal agencies. While EZ As Pi, LLC dba EZ Kayak Tours and Rentals is not a federal agency, it operates within the National Park Service (NPS), using a transportation manifest to share guest data.

A contracted third-party day provider manages and secures guest records offline for three years. Federal agencies may access these records for valid legal reasons.

We keep records to ensure guest safety and compliance with laws. Additionally, we may share them with authorities if needed for investigations or emergencies.

Before vessel launch, we review the guest list for safety. We also check to ensure all precautions are taken.

Guests can access and correct their records and get privacy protection. They have the right to know how their data is used.

Certain rules allow us to share records without consent under specific circumstances. But these rules have strict guidelines.

We only collect necessary guest information, including:

• Full name of individual/guest and their accompanying family/guests
• City and State of visit. If foreign, country of origin, including province and/or city
• Age, height, weight, ability to swim (yes or no), health concerns (yes or no)
• Emergency Contact: Name, Contact number, Email, and relationship to the individual/guest.
